Strategic Learning Assessment

The Strategic Assessment tool is designed to create awareness and to help organizations gauge the effectiveness of their learning or training organization in 19 critical areas in seven key categories that comprise an effective training organization.  It helps to identify and prioritize the importance of each area in relation to the mission and purpose of the organization.  This self-assessment is a condensed version of a more comprehensive Strategic Learning Assessment process that maps current state and future state of specific training functions, identifies opportunities for improvement in the quest for operational excellence, and determines whether or not training outsourcing is a viable business option. Business Strategy & Outsourcing Learning Community offers the Strategic Assessment tool to members in cooperation with RWD Technologies.
